Last Saturday (20/01). PT. K-24 Indonesia held Kick Off Gathering themed “Break the Limits, to be the Best, to Reach the Top!” which was attended by all associates of PT. K-24 Indonesia. This gathering which is an annual event of the company was held to trigger associates to be more spirited in achieving targets in 2018 which were discussed together before.

All associates of PT. K-24 Indonesia from various divisions gathered at Borobudur Ballroom, Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta since 07.30 WIB. In this gathering, all associates got the chance to be trained for work motivation by Bebet Darmawan, a trainer who is experienced in growing work spirit in various companies.

With a theme “Mind, Body, and Soul Awakening - Break the Limits”, Bebet taught associates to throw all negative thoughts and ensure themselves that they can do everything. Changing mindset from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I can’ is very important in working world. When someone believes that he can do certain task, then that task will be finished. Bebet used a unique way to change associates’ mindset. Starting from plugging in a straw to raw sweet potato, until breaking a glass bottle with bare hand. Even though it seemed to be impossible at the beginning, by believing and having positive thoughts, there were many associates who can do it.

It was not only a training from Bebet, the head director of PT. K-24 Indonesia, dr. Gideon Hartono also motivated associates by pumping their spirit. dr. Gideon also delivered a speech about his desire to always contribute in health field. “I will keep focusing on health and education. That is why I hope there will be many leaders who will move in health, either from pharmacy or other ways,” he said.

In that gathering event, there was also awards for 11 associates who had practiced company’s core value maximally. One of the associates who get the award as The Innovative Associate, Ebed Kharistian, also relayed his grateful when receiving the award. “I thank PT. K-24 Indonesia for appreciating my effort. With this appreciation, in the future I will work harder to create innovation for the company,” said Ebed, who is the Developer Supervisor of K24Klik. It is sure that the given award will trigger other associates to keep showing best contribution for the company.

Not only award for those who had practiced core value, there was also reward extra leave for associates who have never been late to work before. The number of associates who got this reward showed the spirit of assocates in developing the company. Associates also felt grateful because of this gathering. “The material given by the trainer was quite refreshing, and it could build the ‘I can do it’ mindset. Because of this gathering, in the future I think I have to be more positive in the work, so that I can be an individual who is more effective, creative, and break the limits to be the best,” said Stefany from Operation division. Gathering event at that day was closed with dr. Gideon Hartono hitting a gong for 24 times to mark the beginning of achieving targets in 2018.
