K-24 MEMBER CARD

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

By registering as a member card holder, you agree on the following terms and conditions:

Member card registration via the K24 application, click on the Play Store & App Store. The information contained in the form will be the customer data for Apotek K-24. 

Pendaftar adalah WNI/WNA yang berdomisili di Indonesia dengan menunujukkan identitas pendukung yang diperlukan.

 
Member card is valid forever. 1 year expiration points, points earned will be forfeited at the end of the year starting from the acquisition of the first point. 
 
K-24 Pharmacy reserves the right to cancel membership if the member card holder does not comply with the applicable terms and conditions and or provide false information. 

Member card bisa digunakan di outlet lain yang bertanda khusus selambatnya 2 x 24 Jam. (*)

Show member cards to K-24 Pharmacy officers or scan e-member card barcodes in your K24Klik application account. 

If there is a damage or problem with your member card, please contact the K-24 * Pharmacy that has a special mark or by the following method:

1. Report loss to K-24 Customer Complaints via SMS / WA: 08-111-724-247 2. Attach a photocopy of ID card 3. Fill in the new member card registration form 4. Every lost or damaged member card replacement will be charged Rp. 10,000, - 

POINT REDEMPTION

  1. For every purchase of Rp. 25.000,-, customers will earn 250 points (Multiple Purchase Applies). The point does not apply to medical examination service, and phone credit purchase 
  2. Member card can only be used in Apotek K-24 outlet with member card sign (*)
  3. The proof of point collection and redemption can be seen on the transaction receipt.
  4. Redemption can be done by exchanging point to reduce the total transaction or to be exchanged with souvenir (during promotion period)
  5. Redemption does not apply to promotion program, medical examination service, and phone credit purchase.
 

OTHER INFORMATION

  1. Apotek K-24 is allowed to change the terms and conditions applied with or without notice beforehand. 
  2. By signing the registration form of member card, the customers agree and understand the term and conditions required.
  3. Every question related to loyalty card program can be delivered to customercare@k24.co.id
  4. Apotek K-24 cooperates with Online Pharmacy K24klik.com. By agreeing the terms and conditions, you will receive newsletter email from K24klik.com periodically in your mailbox.

DEFINITIONS

Loyalty Card Program

is a discount program for every purchase by customer in Apotek K-24 outlets which have member card sign, using Redemption system according to the term and condition applied.
Redemption
is point exchange.

Poin 

Point
is every score earned by customers according to the transaction made by the customers in every Apotek K-24 outlet which has member card sign.

Souvenir
is the stuffs which can be exchanged with points.

Member Card
is a card published by Franchisor for Franchisee, which later can be given to the customers and its function is to count the Points collected by the customers.

Member Card Holder
is customers who are qualified to get Member Card.
