APOTEK K-24 HOUSE RENOVATION PROGRAM: BUILDING A HABITABLE HOUSE FOR PEOPLE

Sunday (12/03), house renovation team from Apotek K-24 visited Klumutan, Kulon Progo, DIY to give donation for house renovation for less privileged residents. The donation of house renovation was Rp. 10.000.000. and it was directly handed by the chairman of PT. K-24 Indonesia, dr. Gideon Hartono to Mr. Margono, the resident of Klumutan, RT. 16 RW. 8, Srikayangan, Sentolo.

This program is a form of social responsibility or CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of PT. K-24 Indonesia towards people’s lives. Along with the regional government of Kulon Progo, DIY, Apotek K-24 actively participates to increase people’s living standard and to help the need of habitable houses. Apotek K-24 would hold house renovation program for ten houses in Kulon Progo.

That event was attended by the regent of Kulon Progo, dr. H. Hasto Wardoyo, Sp. OG (K), the vice regent of Kulon Progo: Drs. H. Sutedjo, the representative from Social Service Organization, Regional House of People’s Representatives (DPRD) Kulon Progo, Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the director of Regional Company for Water Utilities (PDAM),  Regional Revenue, Finance, and Assets Management Organization, head division of people’s wealth, head of sector police officer, the head of district, and the head of village.

The house renovation program is expected to support people to participate in giving donation to other people in the spirit of mutual cooperation that makes Indonesian people proud of it.
