The result of survey conducted by Markplus Insight for category “Consumer Healthcare” showed that Apotek K-24 placed first as the most recommended brand. It earned 0.72 point for Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR) – see table. BAR point showed the number of consumers who know K-24 and recommend it to other people. The higher the BAR point, the better the reputation. Survey is conducted with Face-to-Face Interview and Computer Assisted Telephone Interview for more than 20.000 respondents in seven largest cities in Indonesia. The cities are Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Makassar, Semarang, and Balikpapan.
