THE INAUGURATION OF THE CHIEF OF YOGYAKARTA INDONESIAN RED CROSS" JUSUF KALLA INAUGURATED THE MAJOR OF YOGYAKARTA

Yogyakarta, Penanusantara.com - Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) that acts in humanity, now seeks for new chairman because of the previous one has finished its period. The general chief of Indonesian Red Cross (19/8) Jusuf Kalla, which was accompanied by the Governor of Yogyakarta, Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X, inaugurated the chosen chief of Indonesian Red Cross for Yogyakarta area, Herry Zudianto, for the period 2011-2016, replacing Bondan Agus Suryanto who was finished his job as the previous chief. The inauguration event was held at Bangsal Kepatihan. Besides inaugurating the chief of Indonesian Red Cross for Yogyakarta area, Jusuf Kalla also inaugurated some of officers for PMI who later will help the chosen chief to do his job.


From the inauguration of the chairman and some staffs, it is expected from them to do their job and other Red-Cross related activities in humanity, in line with the guidance from International Federation Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, such as preventing and reducing human suffering anywhere. The inauguration was attended by the staffs and officers of central PMI, and SPKD DIY. In that event, there was also Honorary Council of DIY officers for period 2011-2016, such as GKR Hemas, Prof. DR. dr. KRT Adi Heru Husodo. MSC, DCN, DLSHT.PKK, dr. Bondan Agus Suryanto, SE. MA. AAK, Drs. Bambang Wisnu and Antonius Simon.


The deliberation of PMI DIY on 30 May 2011 resulted 13 new staffs such as dr. Achmad Alim Muttaqin, EMDD (Disaster Management Division), Drs. Sri Hadi, Dipl.SW (Organization development and human resources division), H. Taslim Sudiyanto, SKM (Social service division), dr. Suryanto, Sp.PK (Blood Donation Unit), Andi Wisnu Wicaksono, SS (COmmunication and Information division), Kamaludin Hasibuan, SH (secretary), dr. Gideon Hartono (Treasurer), and four other staffs who are Sigit Alfiyanto SE. MM, dr. Lipur Riyantingtyas, SpF. PKK, dr. Endang Pudjiastuti M. Kes., Sapto Putro M,SE.Jok.
