SUCCESS NEEDS HARD WORK

No pain no gain. It does not matter what your business is, without hard work you would not be successful. Doing exam without study will not result good GPA, English course without learning will not show maximum result, and many more. It has the same thing to do with doing business. If you want to be a successful entrepreneur, the only requirement needed is your will to work hard. Here is one of examples of success gained with hard work.

Gideon Hartono, the founder of Apotek K-24, is living his life with an understanding of old Javanese saying which was taught since he was child, ‘goleko jeneng dhisik sawise kuwi lagi entuk jeneng’. The meaning of that saying is you are supposed to get achievement or reputation first, and later money will come at you. This advice emphasizes the importance of effort or process, and not to focus on result or material first. Gideon’s hard work shows result. By opening 7 outlets simultaneously in three cities, he set record in Indonesia World Record Museum (MURI). Besides his hard work which is based on good value such as, “Serving sincerely”, Gideon also started his business by thinking of others’ right and helped his employees to get better life.
